The creatine contained in HOT BLOOD HARDCORE increases physical performance during short, high-intensity training sessions. This positive effect is achieved with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.
(1) Vitamin B6 and niacin contribute to the normal function of the nervous system. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal mental function.
(2) Vitamin C and vitamin E contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
(3) Folate, vitamin B12, and vitamin A contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Chromium is involved in normal macronutrient metabolism. Biotin is involved in normal energy-yielding metabolic processes.
Dosage recommendation
In a shaker, mix 1 serving of powder (12.5 g = 3/4 scoop) with 200 ml of cold water. This product is slightly carbonated, so shake gently every 5 seconds to avoid spills! Consume 30 minutes before training. Do not consume on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
