How should you use BioTechUSA 100% Pure Whey?
Recommended use: Mix 1 serving of the product (28 g = 2 heaped tablespoons) in a shaker bottle with 250 ml of water. On training days, consume 1 serving immediately 45 minutes after training and 1 serving between meals. On rest days, consume 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the evening.
