Among these amino acids, there are some that our body can produce itself, but also others that we can only obtain from external sources – these are the essential amino acids. If we provide our body with all the amino acids it needs, it has a solid foundation on which to build muscle. That's why a balanced diet rich in proteins and amino acids is so important for all athletes.
EAA Xpress contains all essential amino acids in the ratios recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO). When combined with a balanced diet, EAA Express ensures that you won't be deficient in essential amino acids—and we all know that adequate amino acid intake is of utmost importance to all of us!

Recommended dosage
Mix 1 serving (10 g = 3/4 scoop) of EAA Xpress powder with 400 ml of cold water daily. Consume one serving before training on training days and one serving between meals on rest days.
