Das in HOT BLOOD HARDCORE enthaltene Kreatin steigert die körperliche Leistungsfähigkeit bei kurzen, hochintensiven Trainingseinheiten. Die positive Wirkung wird mit einer täglichen Einnahme von 3 g Kreatin erreicht.
(1) Vitamin B6 und Niacin tragen zu einer normalen Funktion des Nervensystems bei. Zink trägt zur Aufrechterhaltung einer normalen geistigen Funktion bei.
(2) Vitamin C und Vitamin E tragen zum Schutz der Zellen vor oxidativem Stress bei.
(3) Folat, Vitamin B12 und Vitamin A tragen zu einer normalen Funktion des Immunsystems bei. Chrom ist am normalen Stoffwechsel von Makronährstoffen beteiligt. Biotin ist an den normalen energieerzeugenden Stoffwechselprozessen beteiligt.
Dosierungsempfehlung
Mischen Sie in einem Shaker 1 Portion Pulver (12,5 g = 3/4 Messlöffel) mit 200 ml kaltem Wasser. Das Produkt ist leicht kohlensäurehaltig, also öffnen Sie den Deckel alle 5 Sekunden zum Schütteln, um Unfälle zu vermeiden! Verzehren Sie 30 Minuten vor dem Training. Sollte nicht auf nüchternen Magen verzehrt werden. Die angegebene empfohlene tägliche Verzehrmenge darf nicht überschritten werden!
