Especially during intense training phases, a tailored and targeted nutrient intake is essential. It helps support muscle building, improve training performance, and reduce fatigue. With our "POWERHOUSE Formula," we've developed a special matrix that provides you with a massive combination of creatine, carbohydrates, and proteins to meet the specific demands of your building phase.
Each serving contains 52 g of high-quality protein, including naturally occurring 11 – 12 g BCAAs + 3 g creatine and, depending on the flavor, provides up to 243 g of carbohydrates - and it's even low in sugar*.
Dymatize® uses only pure, high-quality creatine monohydrate from Creapure®. Made in Germany.
A daily intake of 3 g of creatine increases physical performance during explosive strength training during short-term intense physical exercise. The five vitamins it contains (vitamin C, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, and folate) also contribute to a reduction in tiredness and fatigue, while protein supports both the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.
All of our powder containers have a small hole in the foil seal under the lid. This hole is necessary to prevent the container from deforming due to pressure equalization during transport and does not compromise the quality of our products in any way.

Recommended intake:
- 1 serving per day, after training
- Preparation (1 serving): Rich Chocolate: Stir 321g of powder (approx. 3 scoops - enclosed) into 700ml of water and mix well. Gourmet Vanilla, Strawberry, Cookies & Cream, Banana Smoothie: Stir 327g of powder (approx. 3 scoops - enclosed) into 700ml of water and mix well.
